The body is your temple. Keep it pure and clean for the soul to reside in. (B.K.S Iyengar)

As a student and a teacher, I’m reminded every day of the importance of a personal relationship with my practice. Yoga is more than the physical practice of asana. It’s more than the spiritual and mental practice of meditation. It’s a roadmap to a better way of living. It’s universal. Whether you’re thin, fat, active, dormant, black, white, or somewhere in between, yoga will improve your life, if you’re willing to let it in.

That being said, welcome! Bring your baggage, and come enjoy the universe with me.
